Best Sellers February 19, 2023

1. ​Encore in Death, by J.D. This series seems to have no end! In the 56th book of the In Death series, a famous theater and screen star's strange disappearance is the subject of Eve Dallas' investigation.
2. ​It Ends with Us, by Colleen Hoover. Wow! This book has been on the list for 89 weeks! The novel is a heart-wrenching novel about a young woman struggling with the complexity of love and the cycle of abuse. Here is our review!​
3. ​It Starts with Us, by, again, Colleen Hoover! 🙉 This book is the sequel to It Ends with Us, and Lily reconnects with Atlas, her first boyfriend. Ryle, on the other hand, is not happy at all. Read our review here!
4. ​Heart Bones, by, stop ✋, Collen Hoover... Ok, this one has only been on the list for two weeks, the reason being that it was only published two weeks ago. The story is about the summer adventures of Beyah Green. No review yet 😝
5. ​Lessons in Chemistry, by Bonnie Garmus. The book follows Elizabeth's professional path as a scientist and TV star, while being a single mother in the 1960s. Read our review of this rather enjoyable book.

• ​I Have Some Questions, by Rebecca Makkai. A podcaster goes back to the boarding school she attended in high school and begins to question whether or not the police made the appropriate arrest in the murder of a classmate she believed the police had caught decades ago.
• ​The Porcelain Moon, by Janie Chang. A Chinese woman on the run from her family makes an unthinkable choice when she befriends a French woman near the end of WWI in France. 👭
• ​Stars in an Italian Sky, by Jill Santopolo. Another book about Europe, but this time a shocking secret from a 1946 love affair of an Italian couple is unvovered by a couple 👩‍❤️‍👨 from the present day.
• ​The Crane Husband, by Kelly Barnhill. A teenage girl tries to keep her brother safe in a house where their mother is abused by her lover. Horror and fantasy guide this novella.
